FITBOOT PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST


What it Takes to Pass The Course

At the end of the 6-week course, FitBoot Recruits will achieve a minimum passing score on the FitBoot PFT before graduating to FitBasic - the ongoing physique development and fitness improvement training course. (Please Note: Recruits in FitBoot - S.O.S. will pass a Physical Readiness Test using different standards).

 We keep the goals high using the same test standards that are used currently for all U.S. Marines. No watered down standards - no "modified" events. You'll know you're achieving a fitness level that warrants RESPECT! (We even go one step harder than the USMC standard and allow capable females to complete all of the same test events as their male counterparts).

The chart below lists the minimum score that you will attain in each PFT event to graduate to FitBasic. REMEMBER: These are the standards you'll attain after 6 weeks of training, not necessarily on the first day. And if you can already achieve these minimum scores, you can look forward to significant improvements through FitBoot training.
