- Coaching begins with assistance clearing existing "problem" foods out of the pantry;
- Get specific tips and ideas for preparing, cooking/assembling, and presenting meals each
week for
yourself (and your family, where applicable) to continue toward your fitness goals
- Visit continues with travel accompanying you to your grocery store to complete your typical
shopping trip:
- learn how to properly read nutrition labels,
- choose optimal products and reliable producers that fit your nutrition goals,
- learn to reject misleading advertising and "hype";
