To help meet every skill and self-discipline level and to fit every budget, we offer several one-to-one training packages. All training plans include appropriate updates of training routines during your enrollment period.

Prices for small group training (2-3 people) are approximately 20% higher than individual prices and can be quoted upon request. Clients will be accepted for group training only where all individuals have similar goals and training backgrounds, can use the same training routines at the same time, and where available space permits. Acceptance of clients as a group will always be at the trainer's discretion.
